Low water pressure in the shower!!! Tiles coming off the shower floor!!! Internet connection slow in the evenings!!! Navigating the tight parking is a challenge!!! The washer/dryer combo takes an eternity to dry clothes thoroughly!!!

The apartment was well-equipped, and the spacious design. We really enjoyed the views from the studio, and having a gym right downstairs was a bonus. It was nice to be close to local attractions like Bayside Marketplace and the Miami Circle, allowing us to explore without much hassle. The location and setup worked perfectly for our vacation.

The fantastic location offers amazing views and easy access to local attractions. Amenities included a well-maintained gym and two pools, one heated, perfect for relaxation. Parking is quite tight and comes with a challenging route to the sixth floor. While the host was very responsive, the limited hours for pool access could be improved.
